These Terms & Conditions explain how Zeus Pawlight operates and outline the conditions under which our website, products, and services are offered.
By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Nature of Our Products
Zeus Pawlight prepares home-cooked meals and treats intended for everyday canine nourishment. Our food is made in small batches using real ingredients and thoughtful preparation methods.
Our products are not medical, therapeutic, or prescription diets.
No Veterinary or Medical Advice
Zeus Pawlight does not provide veterinary, medical, or diagnostic advice.
Any information shared on our website, social channels, or through direct communication is for general understanding only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional veterinary consultation.
Dogs with diagnosed medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary needs should always be managed in consultation with a qualified veterinarian.
Individual Dog Needs
Every dog is unique. Factors such as age, breed, size, activity level, and health history affect dietary suitability.
While many dogs do well on simple, home-style food, individual responses may vary. Pet parents are responsible for introducing new food gradually and observing their dog’s response.
Allergies & Ingredient Sensitivities
Our food is prepared using common household ingredients. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens.
It is the pet parent’s responsibility to review ingredients, disclose known sensitivities, and decide what is appropriate for their dog.
Refunds & Cancellations
At Zeus Pawlight, all products are freshly prepared and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our food, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if an incorrect product is delivered, meaning the item delivered does not match the confirmed order.
To be eligible:
– The issue must be reported within 2–4 hours of delivery
– Clear photo or video evidence must be shared at the time of reporting
Requests raised beyond this time window may not be eligible for review.
Non-Refundable Situations
– Delays caused by factors beyond our control (delivery partner delays, traffic, weather, force majeure)
– Change of mind after delivery
– Dog refusing to consume the food
– Improper storage or handling after delivery
– Minor variations in appearance, texture, or colour inherent to freshly prepared food
Refund Processing
– Refunds will be processed via NEFT or UPI only
– Processing may take up to 8–10 working days
– No cash refunds will be issued
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Final Decision
All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed internally. Zeus Pawlight reserves the right to approve or decline requests in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws.
Orders, Availability & Changes
All orders are subject to availability, preparation schedules, and location-based feasibility. Zeus Pawlight may modify offerings, pricing, or availability as part of normal operations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zeus Pawlight is not responsible for adverse reactions to food, health outcomes related to dietary changes, improper storage after delivery, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
